Resin BoundTex Surfacing
About BoundTex
Resin bound system are installed by coating the selected aggregate in resin, then trowel applying the mix to the substrate. This creates a layer that ranges from 15-18mm in thickness. A choice of natural aggregates, from bold red granites to delicate cream limestones can be used within this system. The aggregates are available in sizes up to 10mm in diameter.
Alternative materials such as recycled marble or glass can also be used to enhance the surface. BoundTex resin bound gravel is water permeable and therefore can be used as part of a SUDS compliant installation.
